When considering IT services for your business, there are two approaches you can take. Managed IT or break/fix. The difference between these two approaches is quite substantial, so it’s important to understand how they work.

BREAK / FIX

Traditionally, most businesses wait until they have IT problems like slow computers, crashed servers or viruses. Once the issue reaches a point where it is critical enough, they call up and request a service from their preferred IT guy. The pricing model for Managed IT is calculated around the size of your business and the support requirements you have on a month to month basis. As a bare minimum, we require the monthly support retainer and a single endpoint. The primary cost of the contract is calculated on a per endpoint basis. We consider an endpoint a person or computer that will require support. Most extra ad-ons that aren’t included in the essentials are billed on a per company level and extend to all endpoints.

We have structured the pricing so that our Managed Services are scalable to suit your changing business needs, meaning you are getting IT support that reflects your business at all times. By choosing a service contract over Break/Fix support, you will have more control over your cash flow.
